Englishman Jason Crawley has one the richest industry profiles of his generation, with over two decades of international experience. Since arriving in Australia in 2000, Jason has been at the forefront of the bartending community and has opened some outstanding venues; Hilton’s Zeta being his swan song in 2005, where he won ‘Cocktail List of the Year’ & ‘New Venue of the Year’. Since leaving operations, Jason has won “Brand Ambassador of the Year” twice, in 2008 and 2009; whilst working for Beam Global Spirit Brands. Jason recently steered Coca Cola Amatil’s Bartender training program ‘MIXXIT’ to win ALIA for “On Premise Training Program of the Year 2010”. Jason was recently recognised in the top three most influential industry figure heads by Australian Bartender Magazine. Since graduating from London’s famous Goldsmiths University Jason has carried on his scholarly passions as a keen,satirical writer. He has developed a cult following for his monthly contributions to both trade and consumer press. Jason now works as Creative Director for MIXXIT and is the National Business Manager for customer education and support for CCA.
