Jared has been in the industry for 11 years, working in some of Australia's most awarded venues, including Universal Bar, Luxe and Hugo's Bar Pizza.  For the past three years, he has been CCA's Senior Premium Spirits Ambassador educating and inspiring the trade and consumers.


Perth born Jared Plummer has become a World authority on American Whisky and uniquely, one of Australia’s most awarded mixologists.  Jared’s most meaningful awards were “Bar team of the year 2007” and the prestigious “Bartender of the year – 2007” from the Australian Liquor Industry Awards.  When not spending precious time in his beloved Kentucky, Jared travels in earnest, throughout Australia and New Zealand talking to key bartenders and consumers on the virtues of Maker’s Mark, Jim Beam and the American Whiskey industry.
