Dylan has a commitment to driving cocktail creativity and a unique flair for all aspects of bartender training.

For over a decade Dylan Howarth has been one of the most respected and loved mixologists in Australia. After several stints in North America, Dylan returned to Sydney and concluded his professional bartending career after winning Bar Team of the Year at his much loved Hugo’s. Since being recruited into the Mixxit program in 2007 his reputation as an authority on spirits, cocktails and their culture has grown exponentially, training over 5000 bartenders to date. Dylan has picked up numerous awards and recently Brand Ambassador of the Year 2010 at Australian Bar Awards.  He steered Mixxit on to win the 2009 Bar Award for Training Program of the year and in 2010, the On Premise Training Program ALIA.  Dylan now spends his time managing CCA’s Mixxit program, creating advertorials for the national trade press and speaking at international and domestic trade events.
